Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as set out in Section 4.

We use Stripe to process payments. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee. You agree to keep your payment information accurate and up to date.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact us at the email address listed below within 7 days of your purchase date. Refunds are not available for renewal charges or for accounts found to have violated these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content;
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or any other form of network abuse;
• Access systems or data without authorisation;
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Section.

6. No-Logging Policy

We do not monitor, log, or store records of your VPN traffic, connection timestamps, IP addresses, or browsing activity. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of what data we do collect and how it is used.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
